The Cap and Trade Law

First let’s establish that there is climate change happening in this world. Now politicians want you to believe that this is caused by mankind. The debate on this is still going on, by politicians and scientists. What’s bad, is liberal politicians are saying that the debate is over because they have some of the scientists agreeing with their opinion.

Science is not a consensus, either they can prove or they can’t prove that mankind is causing climate change. I believe that the earth is going through one of its cycles that occur naturally. The earth has gone through cooling and warming periods in its existence. So anyone who thinks they can influence these cycles must think that they are equal to God.

The man made climate change hoax was perpetrated by Al Gore. He first started this deception as global warming, caused by mankind but later as the evidence showed differently. He changed it, to climate change caused by mankind. Al Gore in his infinite wisdom as a politician saw a potential for a new form of tax revenue, in the way of carbon credits. He also saw a way that would give him and his friends the ability, to keep their life style intact by reducing the life style of others.

You see with the political climate in the Democratic Party, anyone who would vote to drill for oil in our country, the United States, would probably loss their seat in the house or Senate, by being voted out of their office, by their constituents. So how can you keep your life style intact while you see the consumption of oil and coal rising in your country every year? Especially, when you made campaign promises to your constituents to eliminate coal use and to stop oil exploration.

You come up with a law that will allow you to buy carbon credits, while making it so expensive to the average citizen that they won’t be able to buy them. You then find out how much of the supply of oil is dwindling. Then by obtaining this information, you implement a Cap and Trade law that will allow the government, to levy taxes on the production of carbon dioxide. You would start to pay this tax once you exceeded your allowed limit.

Usually government in their greed for tax revenue set these cap ridiculously low and since you can’t afford to buy carbon credits you will lower you life style. This means you will freeze in the winter and sweat in the summer.

This situation will come about by the Cap and Trade bill that just got passed by the House of Representatives. Soon to be voted on by the Senate in September; I wonder if we will hate this new form of tax, disguised as a Cap and Trade law, as much as the salt tax was hated by the French people in the 17th and 18th centuries?

Salt back then was an “essential commodity” as oil and coal are today.[1] The Salt tax was used as a political tool to put pressure on the people who had no control on that commodity. “One of the most oppressive and intolerable tax burdens was the Gabelle – the salt tax levied by the French King.”[2] This tax that was levied on the French people will pale in comparison, to the Cap and trade law that will be implemented by the government of the United States.

Thus the Cap and Trade law, which will be signed into law by Barack Obama, will be more oppressive than the salt tax that the French king levied on his people. So why would the Democratic Party, which is in power in the United States do such a thing? They need tax revenue for their social programs. Their life style and power is more important to them then the needs of the country or the needs of its people.

In today’s world of political corruption it seems that our politicians in the United States, if they get caught for criminal activities aren’t afraid of jail time. So instead of giving them jail time let’s implement a law that says for every lie you tell, to the citizens of the United States, we get to pull out one of your teeth.

当今世界的政治腐败犹如美国政党的腐败，犯法不惧蹲监了。与其把他们送入监狱，还不如重新制定这样一条法律：凡是对美国人民说一次谎的，拔掉他一颗牙。

Now we’ll be nice and start from the back of their month and move forward as the need arises. I realize that some of our politicians like Barack Obama would be toothless within a week of taking office but that should be the penalty for lying to the citizens of the United States.

我们还要充满慈悲地做，从嘴巴里最后的那一颗开始拔，按需要逐步朝前进行。我敢说我们的一些政客，接管政府后不出一周就会一颗牙不剩，这就是向美国人民撒谎的结果。

The wording in this law; should be written in simple language that a first grade student could understand. Now I know it would be hard to find politicians, which have that high, a level of intelligence but we also could help them out by writing it for them.

这条法律的条文，应该用最简单的文字写成，让一年级的学生都能明白。目前要找到这种高水平的知识分子政客也不容易，其实我们也可以帮他们起草这条法律。

In this law we would want it to say; for every lie you tell to the citizens of the United States we get to pull one tooth out of your month. No false teeth can be made to replace teeth pulled out for lies told to the citizens of the United States. If your significant other helps you in the telling of a lie then we get to pull a tooth out of their mouth as well.

我们可以按我们的希望如此下笔：你每对美国人民撒一次谎，我们就被允许拔掉你一颗牙。而且，因对美国人民撒谎而被拔掉的牙，不允许装假牙。如果你的配偶帮你们撒谎，我们同样被允许拔掉你的配偶的牙。

Children area free from said punishment unless they give the speech for their father/mother running for public office, if lies were told in that speech then they should receive the same punishment as their parents.

以上惩罚对未成年的孩子无效，除非就范在他们的父母参加政府竞选期间，为帮助他们的父母中选而撒谎，那他们必须接受同样的惩罚。

If you repeated a lie to help out one of your colleagues, you lose a tooth also. If you can prove that you didn’t know it was a lie then you will not have a tooth pulled. Since your word is worthless, you would have to show us, the citizens of the United States, some hard evidence that you didn’t know that this statement was a lie.

每重复一次同伙的谎言，也必须丢一颗牙。当然，如果能证明你不知道重复的是谎言，还是可以保住牙齿的。如此情形，言词已毫无价值了，那就必须要有事件或行动作为强有力的证词，向美国公民证实你不知道讲的是一个谎言。

I believe if we could get this law passed, it would do more to keep them inline than any amount of jail time they could possibly receive for breaking the laws of the United States. Why that, politicians are like models they are aware of their appearance, could you imagine a politician trying to give a speech with half his/her teeth missing.

我相信这条法律的出台，比因触犯美国法律而受判的任何期限的刑法都更能有效地把他们框在正道上。道理很简单，政客们都像模特儿一样注重他们的仪表，你难道可以想象哪个政客空着半口的牙在台上讲演。

Now will this law stop politicians from lying, no but we could enjoy seeing them at their campaigns trying to give a speech with half their teeth missing. We would know what kind of person was trying to get elected to public office. Some of us might care enough to vote for the other candidate.

这条法律能不能让他们停止撒谎呢？当然不能，但可以给我们机会享受观看他们空着半口牙在上面做竞选讲演。我们就能清楚地看到是些什么样的人在上面竞选进入政府办公厅，也好让真正关心国家未来的人去选别的人。

One enjoyment we could have is; seeing them trying to pronounced words with half their teeth missing. Some words would sound extremely funny being missed pronounced by them and this would also give us an indication on how often they tell lies.

我们还有权享受的另一个乐趣是，听他们用半口牙发音，有些字发走了音是会让人捧腹不止的，同时我们也可以数算他们撒了多少谎。

So what is liberalism? Liberalism is the ability to go from one failure to the next with the charisma to blame someone else for those failures, then proceed on with the same enthusiasm to your next failure, knowing full well that if you continue, you will eventually destroy your country but not caring because your objective is to obtain power at any cost.

何谓自由主义？ 自由主义就是一种超凡的能力，从一个失败走向另一个失败并归罪在别人的身上，然后以同样的热情继续迈向另一个失败，明知这样下去最终会毁了你的国家，但不在乎，因为你的目标是不惜代价获取极权。

This power can be obtain in many ways but liberal politicians try to obtain this power through government run social programs which are design to regulate the problem not to solve the problem. This usually puts people into a new form of government controlled slavery.

获取极权的渠道很多，自由党政客的方法是通过政府制定项目来操纵社会，这种项目被设计来使问题规范化，而非解决问题。这变相地把人民置于政府操控下的新型奴隶。

Why would the United States government regulate a problem instead of fixing it? If the problem was solved the government department would have to close down after the problem was fixed.

为什么美国政府不解决问题，而只是试图将问题规范化呢？因为问题解决了，政府办公室就会被迫关门。

Liberal politicians can have that; so to keep these government departments open they regulate the problem instead of fixing the problem. This grows government, which increases government employment, which increases the need for more money to run the government.

如此这般，自由党政客们就可以有办公室坐。代之以解决问题，他们坐在那里操纵和调节问题，且自身日益发展壮大，扩大自己的圈子，增加他们的金额需求。

This need for more money, takes away disposable income from the taxes payers of the United States. In some cases it takes away the money, which people need to pay their bills.

这个需求当然从美国纳税人的手中去掠夺，夺走他们可以自由支配的钱，他们需要付账单的钱。

This hurts the family structure because the first duty of the parents is to provide for their children. How can parents provide for their families with our government confiscating their earnings?

这大大伤害了家庭的建设，因为培养孩子是家庭的首要责任，父母何以能供给孩子的需要，如果政府没收了他们辛苦挣来的工资。

They will need to find a second job, which means less time spent with their children. This then means there’s less time for the mother to do the nurturing and for the father to do the disciplining.

父母们不得不去获取第二职业，这意味着他们有更少的时间和他们的孩子们在一起。也就是说，母亲们少于喂养，父亲们疏于管教。

If nurturing and disciplining our children gets them to grow up to be responsible adults. What will be the results of children growing up without the disciplining from the father and the nurturing from the mother? I believe we are seeing the results we have children that are out of control.

如果足够的喂养和很好的管教培养出健康和有责任感的成年人，那么缺乏良好喂养和亏欠出色管教的结果是什么呢？其实我们已经看到了结果，我们的孩子们已经失控。

An example of this liberal mentality would be Barack Obama’s gimmick of hope and change. Unemployment was at 8.1% when he took office. It is now 9.4%, soon to be 10%. His so called stimulus package which cost us, the tax payers 800 billion to one trillion dollars has not helped our situation. It has done the opposite it has made thing worse.

当今政府所谓希望和改革的花招，正是所谓自由思想及好的翻版。新总统上任后，失业率从8.1%上升到9.4%。他所谓的激励全面计划，花费了我们纳税人的八千到一万个亿，却没有解决任何问题，仅使问题更加严重。

So what did Barack Obama do when he saw this legislation doing the opposite of what it was suppose to do? He blamed George Bush, and then said we will have to double down on the same type of legislation.

那么现任总统看到他上任烧的三把火事与愿违走向更糟的反面时怎么反应的呢？ 他怪罪于前任总统，然后决定把他的三把火加倍燃烧。

Isn't this the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different outcome? I can see why Michael Savage thinks that liberalism is a mental disorder.

这难道不是精神错乱的定义，反复做同样的错事，企盼每次做的时候有不同的结果。我可以看出为什么迈克尔萨维奇把自由主义称为精神错乱。

I sometime think that this is a liberal politician’s ploy, to break up the family and to cause more internal strife within the family, which means more government social programs will be needed, to provide for these children that will become dysfunctional in our society.

我有时甚至在想，自由党政客的工作就是破坏家庭，制造家庭内部战争，这样政府就可以设立更多的帮助项目，去帮助这些我们混乱社会中流离失所的孩子们。

The life of a country is the same as the life of a human being. Some nations died in their infancy as the Xin Dynasty did, while other nations live on for centuries as the Roman Empire did. A nation can have three stages to its life. At the beginning of a nation’s existence it is as weak as a new born baby. As time passes it can become strong and vibrant and when a nation reaches the end of its life it becomes frail.

国家兴亡正如人类生命，有短命于婴孩时期的，像中国秦朝；有绵延若干个世纪的，如罗马帝国。一个国家的生命，一般经历三级存活时期。新兴的国家像初生婴儿般脆弱，接着就会发展壮大到极权鼎盛时期，然后开始衰败走向末期，这个时期的国家混乱而嬴弱。

I find this to be interesting that a nation mimic’s the life of a human being. The United States was born out of the revolutionary war, a weak nation that needed to be taken care of. We weren’t taken care of but the United States did receive some help from France. As time went on the United States became powerful. We helped other nations in WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam. Up until the Barack Obama presidency we helped out Israel.

认识到国家一世如人类一生是件很有趣的事。美国在独立战争中诞生，一如初生的婴儿需要被好好照顾，我们并没有得到额外的恩宠，但确实得到法国的帮助。随着时间的推移，美国强大起来，我们开始帮助别的国家，例如一战、二战、朝鲜战争和越南战争。直至本届新总统上任，我们还在帮助伊拉克。

Now the United States in nearing the end of its live and we are like the grandfather to the world we want to help but we have small mined men and women in power that are more concerned about their power and their special interest groups, instead of the welfare of our country.

不幸的是，美国似乎变成了世界上的祖父，在走向末了。我们想帮助这个世界，不料操纵国家生死命运的权力却错误地落在一些短视的小人手中，他们更关注自己手中的权利和只在意与之亲近的团伙。

I originally thought that the United States would have the same life span as the Qing Dynasty did, two hundred and sixty eight years but now that Barack Obama is President I kind of wonder if we will make it until 2012.

我原指望美国会象清朝一样长久，拥有268年的生命，如今的总统上任，我不得不忧虑，我们可否熬过2012年。

Why’s that? A bankrupt nation can’t survive for long and raking up debt of two trillion dollars a year will surely hurt our economy, which will cause a snow ball effect. This snow ball effect will speed up the process that will bring upon our frailty, our chaos and our eventual collapse as a nation.

为什么呢？试想，一个破产的国家怎会享有悠长的生命？一年两万个亿的债务明显地在迅速吞噬着我们的经济，这是失控的雪球效应。这个雪球会越滚越快，越滚越大，使我们国家加速衰弱、混乱和最终灭亡。

I hope you’re enjoying the hard times Barack Obama has brought with his hope and change gimmick. The policies of Barack Obama’s hope and change gimmick, which has been implemented in our country will cause such a disaster that we may never recover from it.

但愿你能悦纳和享受这个困难时期新总统的花招，所谓希望和改革的政策。希望和改革的花招像恶果一样已经深植在我们的国家，所造成的灾难，已难以挽回。

Historians say that WWII did England in. Will history show that Barack Obama with his gimmick of hope and change, did the United States in? Only time will tell but it doesn’t look good.

历史学家们证实，二战拿下了英国，让美国跃居第一，现在这个希望和改革的花招难道不会拿下美国。
