Liberals Are Calling Us Names Again

Liberals Are Calling Us Names Again

Will liberals ever explain their position instead of calling someone names that happens to disagree with them? I for one am getting tired of being called names when I have a legitimate concern about liberal legislation that will revamp our health care system. Especially considering that nationalizing it, will make it worst instead of better.

The Government of the United States has a bad track recorded when it comes to social programs. Our Social Security System is almost bankrupt, Medicare for the elderly is almost bankrupt and Medicaid for the poor is almost bankrupt. Welfare became a new form of slavery.

Now they want to take our privately run health care system, which 80% of the people living in the United States are happy with and nationalize it. I see that they are using one of their favorite ploys, which is underestimating the cost of the program and overestimating the people that are in need of it.

They say that it will cost the tax payers one trillion dollars for their health care plan. If they make an acknowledgement to that, then you can be sure that the cost is probably double, of what they say it is. They say that 47 million Americans are uninsured. I believe, that there are 47 million Americans uninsured but you have to understand this statement Mexicans and Canadians are Americans. We all live on the continent of North America.

How many citizens of the United States are uninsured, I believe the true number is 9 million. Now these people if they want insurance should be able to get it, even if they have to go on an inefficient government program such as Medicaid. I don’t believe that we need to ruin our current health care system by nationalizing it.

Now, Instead of Barack Obama insulting us by calling us, people that wet our beds, why doesn’t he explain his health care plan to the concern people of the United States? We the people have the right to express our concerns to our representatives that we send to Washington, D.C. This has been granted to us by the first amendment of the constitution of the United States.

Is Barack Obama calling us names because he doesn’t have a bill that he can point to and say on page 432 it says this. Is Barack Obama calling us names because he can’t say what his true legislation will be, for the government run health care system he wants to enact. Is Barack Obama calling us names because he can’t be trusted? His word is worthless.

Name calling is something I would expect from a first grader not a college graduate. So, the question that needs to be asked is, why is Barack Obama calling us people that wet our beds. People that have a legitimate concern for the legislation he wants to force upon us. The bill that the House of Representatives are working on is 1200 pages long, most, if not all of them haven’t read this bill.

So maybe we should demand that they read the bill before they vote on the bill. Better yet, let’s make them read the bill while they are in session. Then we can tune into their session on TV and hear for ourselves what's in the bill. This will stop the so called misleading information liberals are complaining about. After we hear what’s in the bill we can call our representatives and voice our objections and concerns about the bill or our acceptance of the bill.

If this utopian government run health care system is so great, why are our representatives exempting themselves and their families from this government run health care system? Why are we allowing them to do so? We should be saying if you enact this system of health care then you must use the system as well.
